We will expand on the pole skills you gained in the Beginners course and begin to learn more complex pole combinations and spin tricks to put into your routine.
You will climb your way up (Literally) to the next level by building on core and upper body strength.
Pre Intermediate classes are for any dancers who have completed two Beginners courses.
You need to be comfortable holding longer spins and we recommend booking into a fitness or flexibility class to compliment this level.

Refine your dance, strengthen your foundation moves and build your pole knowledge with newer combinations and higher-level pole tricks.

In this class we will teach you how to invert from a climb, hang by a leg and learn those beautiful split tricks we always admire.

Prerequisites of moving up into High Intermediate include having completed two Intermediate courses.
You need to be comfortable with your Inverts and outside leg hangs, Laybacks and open leg Jamilla.
We focus strongly on technique and encourage doing tricks on both sides to build strength.

In this course you will learn to extend on complex skills and impressive split tricks choreographed into a competition grade dance routine.
Aiming to strengthen the core and build flexibility to help you perform the most impressive tricks.
Pre-Advanced Classes are for students who have completed two High Intermediate courses.
You must be able to confidently invert and hang on your inside and outside leg, Superman and Butterfly.
We recommend attending flexibility classes to compliment this level.
You will learn a new routine every eight weeks with show week scheduled on week eight.
Learn strong hold grips and a variety of elite split tricks, choreographed into a competition grade dance routine.
This course aims to strengthen the core and build flexibility to help you perform the most impressive tricks.
Prerequisites of moving up into Advanced include having completed two Pre Advanced courses.
You need to be comfortable with your inside and outside leg hangs, aerial ballerina's, Static V's and shoulder mounts.
We recommend booking into two flexibility classes to compliment this level.

We recommend booking into a flexibility class to compliment this course.
Suitable for all levels of fitness and pole ability.
Pole Cardio incorporates the pole to boost your fitness levels and to help build strength.
This course is a fun, full body workout designed for anyone up for a rewarding challenge based on learning skills and not counting reps.
