It is important to contact the studio via the many available contact methods such as email, text, social media or contact the instructor responsible for your class, to avoid this fee.
Oops, life got in the way, we understand.
Just send us a message and we may waive your late cancellation fee or no-show fee, within 12 hours of a missed class.
If the fee begins processing or has been charged on your account, we can only offer a credit and no refunds will be given.
Late Cancellations and No shows lead to empty spaces in the studio while someone else misses out on a class that they could have enjoyed.
If a member fails to turn up for the class, this means that another paying member is being kept from participating.
It also avoids classes from being cancelled at short notice which can also affect our highly qualified instructors and their time is important to us.
We might have a full class on our attendance list, but if we have no shows, this affects the business, its students and the instructor assigned to the class.
We believe that the establishment of these policies will help us maintain the efficiency and quality of our classes while providing transparency and fairness to our students and instructors. We appreciate your understanding.
If a class is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist for the class.
Waitlist spots nearly always come through, so please only waitlist if you are certain you will be able to attend the class.
Your spot on the waitlist will automatically progress if an available spot opens up regardless of if you have “confirmed” via text or not.
You may be charged for this Automation.
All classes have a capacity limit and we do not overbook our classes.
If you have not booked online or are on the waitlist for a class, you are more than welcome to show up and take any available places in the class. Although it’s not guaranteed, you will more than likely get a spot.
The Instructor reserves the right to not accept your spot in class.
If you are on a membership, your class credit will be used.
If you are not on a membership, your account may be charged for the class regardless if you confirmed your participation, so please only waitlist if you are certain you will be able to attend the class.
All payments are final and the Kittens are unable to give refunds for any reason including illness, injury, pregnancy, relocation etc.
